A 'material supplier partner' is defined as a supplier who is assessed as posing a very high or extreme risk to AGL according to AGL's Fully Integrated Risk Management (FIRM) matrix.
FY22 AGL Supplier Agreements only include agreements in force with an effective date period between 1 July 2021 - 30 June 2022.
The most recent Supplier Code of Conduct review for Material Supplier Partners in FY22 was conducted in May 2022 based on Material Supplier Partners as at 4 January 2021.
In FY22, AGL Supplier Agreements with Supplier Code of Conduct were not tracked for the period 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022 due to project work relating to the proposed AGL demerger.
