Internal and new hires by seniority

There is a higher representation of males appointed at the Senior Manager level in the business, reflective of the composition of these roles across the broader business where there is a large male operational based cohort. Across the organisation, there has been a slight increase in the proportion of female new hires, however the number of male appointments still exceeds the number of female appointments.
