Turnover
Turnover and attrition has increased significantly as a result of organisational transition, which is reflected across most cohorts. The increase in turnover in the male 60-64 and 65+ cohort reflects the impact of recent voluntary redundancies in operational areas. On a proportional basis, female new hires increased over the period with male new hires decreasing.
