Employees by age
There has been minimal change in the composition of the managerial cohorts, with the overall workforce reflecting a slight ageing which is apparent in the 35-44, 45-54 and 55-64 age brackets.

Includes fixed term, permanent full-time, and permanent part-time employees on a full time equivalent (FTE) basis as at 30 June. Excludes casuals, labour hire and contract workers.
'Senior Managers' refers to General Managers and 'Head of' functions.
'NA': In November 2018, AGL Energy transitioned to the Workday Human Resources Information System which resulted in changed employee groupings. From FY19, employee groupings are based on a management structure, which no longer includes 'Team Leaders' as a separate category.
